Paste a commercial agreement. It finds the provision that decides whether a late payer covers the cost of collection, computes the deadline that governs the claim, and drafts the demand.
Step 1 — the agreement
The names matter. A clause running to "Contractor" reads differently depending on which side is chasing the money. Leave these blank and the agreement is read first, then you are asked which side you are.
Step 2 — the unpaid account
Some states set the deadline by this. If you are not sure, leave it and the claim is held for review.
These appear in the letter. The platform is named nowhere in it — the demand goes out as the creditor’s own.
